about us

We are a student led organization dedicated to improving mental health care for students around Arizona. We are heartbroken by the recent tragedies of our students and so frustrated about the lack of urgency to make a change. We need support and we need it now! Help us on our mission to advocate for better resources and reduce teen suicide.

Arizona is ranked 49th based on prevalence of mental illness and access to care. This leaves many of the struggling students with nothing to help them. As our students mental health decreases, so do our grades, attendance, and over all well being. We want to implement a Student Action Board in every junior high and high school. A couple students would advocate for our needs monthly to people in power. We also want every teacher, student, and staff member to undergo Mental Health First Aid Training. Suicide is preventable, and with the right training we will all be better equipped to prevent it. This training, through the National Council of Wellbeing, will improve our cities mental health support in so many ways. Children are our future - and right now we are struggling. Join us in the effort to reach our goals.
